1)Taking statins
2)Ingredients and daily dose of dyslipidemia drug have not changed for 6 months or more
3)Have at least one of LDL-C 140 mg / dL or more, HDL-C less than 40 mg / dL, systolic blood pressure 140 mmHg or more, and diastolic blood pressure 90 mmHg or more.
4)Written consent can be obtained from the individual regarding participation in this study.
1) Familial Hypercholesterolemia
2)History of coronary artery disease
3)Diabetes,chronic kidney disease (CKD),noncardiogenic cerebral infarction,peripheral arterial disease (PAD)
4) Taking medicine for dementia / mental illness
5) Have serious illness including dialysis
6) Intervention less than 3 times in 8 months
7) Blood biochemical test values (LDL-C, HDL-C, TG) cannot be confirmed
8) Those who are judged to be unsuitable for research
