Key inclusion criteria

Patients who have undergone spinal canal decompression surgery (with or without fusion surgery) for lumbar spinal stenosis

Key exclusion criteria

Patients who have not received permission from their physician to participate in the study
Patients who have severe pain (8 points or more on a 10-point numerical rating scale) and require physical assistance in daily life
Patients who could not fully understand the research due to cognitive decline
