Key inclusion criteria

1) Patients who can understand the consent document and can make their own decisions.
2) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for mood disorders in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5).
3) Patients who are between 20 and 80 years of age at the time of participation in the study.

Key exclusion criteria

1) Patients with a history of psychotic episode, obsessive-compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), or eating disorder
2) Patients with drug or alcohol dependence
3) Patients with impaired judgment due to psychiatric symptoms
4) Patients who do not like the forest environment or are allergic to it.
