Patients take a oral nutritional supplement (120g, 400kcal, Protein 5.2g) every day for three months

Interventions/Control_2

In addition to the same oral nutritional supplement, patients receive nutritional education by a registered dietitian in outpatient or home care setting once a month.

Key inclusion criteria

Patients at risk of malnutrition (11 or less of MNA-SF or <3.5g/dL of serum albumin level) who regularly visit the hospital three month or more.

Key exclusion criteria

Severe conditions of mental illness or other diseases
