TREATMENT MANUAL FOR OCCUPATIONAL STRESS AND BURNOUT
The manual is a 16-session intervention programme that lasted for eight weeks. Each session began with a specific objectives and topics and lasted for 60 minutes.

The result of the study shows that REBT was more effective in reducing the occupational stress and burnout of agricultural education lecturers than the counselling service. There was a significant effect of rational emotive behaviour therapy on occupational stress among agricultural education lecturers in Southeast Nigerian universities.
