予防接種費用を公費補助にする方が財政的にも好ましい結果であることを証明すること。

主な結果/Results

日本語
観察調査開始時の接種率は、介入群で56.8％、非介入群8.6％であった。観察調査開始時の感受性者は、20.2％、非介入群53.5% であった
調査開始時の未接種未罹患者における調査後のワクチン有効率は介入群　0.710　[95％C.I. : 0.525, 0.824]、非介入群　0.547　[95％C.I. : -0.275, 0.840]であった（p = 0.732） 。
未接種者の罹患率は、介入群で19％、非介入群で27％であった。
介入群接種者の抗体陽転率は78.3%であった。抗体陰性者は2回接種により全員陽転化した。
接種後罹患者の平均抗体価252.3（n=15）は、接種者全体の平均抗体価4547.3（n=109）より低値であった。
介入群は罹患期間(p=0.018）、発熱期間、(p=0.036)、発疹多数(%)(p=0.006)は有意に軽度であった。
両群において接種の有無による軽症化の程度に有意差はみられなかった。
医療費総額に有意差はなかったが、家族看護費用は介入群30,865円と非介入群44,002円に比べ有意に（p=0.007）安価であった。
