症例;
1. 登録8週以内に子宮頸癌Ib － IVb期と診断された患者。
2. 未治療例。
3. 研究参加の同意が得られていること。
対照；
1. 登録8週以内に正常細胞診が確認された女性。
2. 過去にHPV感染、CIN、子宮頸癌の既往がないこと。
3. 研究参加の同意が得られていること。

Cases;
1. Patients with stage Ib to IVb cervical cancer diagnosed within 8 weeks before enrollment.
2. Previously untreated patiensta.
3. Written informed consent
Controls;
1. Women with normal cytology examined within 8 weeks before enrollment.
2. No past history of HPV infection, CIN and cervical cancer
3. Written informed consent

子宮頸癌患者と年齢をマッチさせたコントロールに対してヒトパピローマウイルスの存在とそのタイプを決定することと、２群間でのHLA型の頻度の違いを検討する。これによりHPVとHLAの免疫学的関連性を探る。
