動脈硬化指標（血管内皮機能検査FMD、血管内皮前駆細胞EPC（CD34/45/133/VEGFR）、酸化LDL、炎症性サイトカイン、高感度CRP）

２）空腹時血糖、HbA1c
３）血圧・体重・体脂肪率・ウエスト周囲径およびＢＭＩ
４）脂質以外の体内バイオマーカー
抗酸化的な指標：血清カロテノイド濃度
尿　8-ＯＨｄＧ（クレアチニン補正）、イソプラスタン、脂肪細胞由来因子：PAI-1、ＴＮＦ-α、アディポネクチン

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

１）同意取得時の年齢が50歳以上で以下の基準の1つ以上を満たす者
①血清トリグリセリド濃度≧150mg/dl and/or 血清HDLコレステロール濃度＜40mg/dl
②収縮期血圧≧130mmHg and/or 拡張期血圧≧85mmHg
③空腹時血糖≧110mg/dl and/or 食後血糖≧140mg/dl and/or HbA1c≧5.8%
２）外来への9ヶ月の通院が可能、または他の方法で9ヶ月のフォローアップが可能
３）高血圧、脂質異常症、糖尿病などの生活習慣病の治療薬を服用している患者に関しては、試験期間中その処方の変更が必要と考えられない患者

1) Is over 50 years old and meets at least one of the followings; Serum triglycerides >= 150mg/dl and/or serum HDL-cholesterol< 40mg/dl, Systolic blood pressure >= 130mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure >= 85mmHg, FBS >= 110mg/dl and/or BS >= 140mg/dl and/or HbA1c >= 5.8%
2) To whom follow up will be possible in out-patient clinic or in other appropriate ways for 9 months
3) No alterations will be required for the medication for hypertension, lipid disorder and/or diabetes mellitus in the study period

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
１）担癌患者および癌の既往のある方
２）高血圧、脂質異常症、糖尿病などの生活習慣病に対して薬物による治療の検討が優先されると考えられる患者
３）顕著な全身性疾患を有する患者
４）トマトに対し食事アレルギーの既往のある者
５）心血管イベント（脳血管障害、虚血性心疾患）の既往のある患者、閉塞性動脈硬化症の既往のある患者、および抗血小板薬（アスピリン、塩酸チクロピジン、イコサペント酸エチル、シロスタゾール、硫酸クロピトグレルなど）および抗凝固薬（ワルファリンカリウムなど）を服用している者
６）他の治験、臨床試験に参加している者
７）その他試験担当医師が被験者として不適とした者

1) Has a history of malignant diseases and/or present malignant diseases
2) To whom pharmaceutical agents should be considered for hypertension, lipid disorder and/or diabetes mellitus
3) Has a overt systemic disease
4) Has a history of allergy to tomato
5) Has a history of cardiovascular events (cerebrovascular diseases, ischemic heart disease), has been receiving anti-platelet agents, anti-coagrants
6) Is a participant in other clinical trial
7) Is not appropriate in the investigators' opinion
