高血圧；血圧 135/85以上
脂質異常症；HDL < 35 mg/dlまたはLDL > 140 mg/dlまたはTG >150mg/dl
動脈硬化症；冠動脈疾患、閉塞性動脈硬化症または頸動脈硬化症の臨床診断
内分泌疾患；内分泌疾患の臨床診断

Dislipidemia; HDL < 35 mg/dl, LDL > 140 mg/dl or TG >150mg/dl
