目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
現在ドライアイは点眼治療が主体だが、点眼のみでは症状が改善されない場合がある。そこで唾液分泌を更新させる経口ピロカルピン製剤がドライアイを改善させうると思われため臨床試験を行う。

The chief therapy of dry eye is eye drop.But,we face the patients who have the difficulty of using a eye drop for dry eye.Oral pilocarpine may rescue the patients for dry eye who feel the abnormality with eye drops.

涙液の異常を認めるもの
角結膜上皮障害を有する者
