胸部下行、胸腹部大動脈手術において、術前のMRIやCTによる
Adamkiewicz動脈の同定実施が脊髄障害発生に与える影響について検討する。
さらに、胸部下行、胸腹部大動脈手術およびステントグラフト治療における脊髄障害発生に与える要因を検討すること。

In open repair or stent grafting of the descending or thoracoabdominal aortic aorta, we review some impacts of preoperative demonstration of the Adamkiewicz artery by MRI or CT on prevention of spinal cord injury. In addition, some risk factors for spinal cord injury would be demonstrated.

1. 胸部下行、胸腹部大動脈手術もしくはステントグラフト治療を施行された患者

2. 2000年1月から2010年12月までに手術を施行された患者

3. 前向き登録を行う患者に対しては、同意能力があり、みずから文書に署名できる患者

1.Patients who underwent open repair or stent grafting of the descending or thoracoabdominal aortic aorta.

2.Patients who underwent the above procedure between Jan. 2000 and Dec. 2010.

3.In the prospective case enrollment, patients who can give informed consent and sign themselves.
