目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
大動脈瘤及び閉塞性動脈硬化症で心臓血管外科にて手術を受ける患者を対象として、術前にピオグリタゾンやスタチン剤・ARB剤の投与を行い、それら薬剤投与前後での血液検査学的な動態を調べる。また、手術時に採取する動脈壁、動脈周囲組織および皮下脂肪を用いた組織学的、酵素科学的およびDNAマイクロアレイ解析・定量PCRを用いた発現解析などを行うことにより、動脈硬化性疾患に対するこれら薬剤介入の有効性を、薬剤非介入群と比較することにより明らかにすることを目的とする。
