生活習慣と高血圧、脂質異常、糖尿病との関連は確立されている。血管病という観点からは喫煙、肥満など様々な因子が関与する。またシフトワーキングなどの問題もあり、企業従業員の生活習慣改善には多数の因子が存在する。我々の先行研究から喫煙についても高齢者では喫煙率が低いが、管理職では喫煙者が多いことが認められ、企業内での禁煙指導にはより上位の者に対する指導が必要である。心電図の所見の一つとして、心房細動の発症率は2006年に2%であったのが、2008年には5%に増加していた。健康に働くための資料集積・解析は重要である。

The relationships between life style, hypertension, dyslipidemia and diabetes mellitus were established. From the standpoint of vascular diseases cigarette smoking, obesity and other wrong life habits develop risks of vascular diseases. There are many problems about improving life style modification including shift working. Our pilot study revealed smoking rate was lower in the elder group than in the younger one but the smoking rate of operating officers was high and program to stop smoking is needed to start from senior workers in the companies. Morbidity of atrial fibrillation was 2% in 2006 but the rate was increased to 5% in 2008. Thus accumulation of health check data and adequate analysis are important to improve life style related diseases.
