血液量の増減による静脈環流量の増減は暑熱環境下におけるヒトの皮膚血管拡張を亢進・減弱させる。本研究の目的は、人為的に静脈環流量を増加・減少させ、皮膚血管を支配する交感神経を同定することである。

It is well-known that an incarese or decrease in venous return to the heart due to an increase or decease in blood volume enhances or reduces cutaneous vasodilation in hyperthermic humans. The purpose of our study is to identify an efferent pathway for controlling skin blood flow.

自由意思により実験参加を希望する健康な男性

Male subjects who desire to participate by voluntary agreement.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1）循環器、呼吸器、肝、甲状腺、腎、代謝疾患の既往があること
2）常用薬があること
3）過去1年以内に喫煙歴があるもの
4）心電図の異常があるもの
5）収縮期血圧130mmHg以上、または、拡張期血圧85mmHg以上のもの
6）1）～5）を踏まえて、医師が除外するべきと判断されるもの

#1. History of hepatic, thyroid, renal, metabolic, cardiovascular, or pulmonary diseases.
#2. To take any medicines regularly.
#3. History of smoking within a year.
#4. Abnormal ECG
#5. Sytolic or diastolic blood pressures over 130 mmHg or 85 mmHg
#6. Persons who should be excluded from the present study by doctor's judgement.
