福島県立医科大学附属病院呼吸器内科にて気管支喘息と診断され，呼気一酸化窒素濃度測定を施行され研究の同意が得られた患者．または，同科にて呼気一酸化窒素濃度測定を施行され，血清保存について同意が得られている気管支喘息患者または健常者．

Patients who were or will be diagnosed as having bronchial asthma in department of pulmonary medicine, Fukushima Medical University Hospital and normal volunteers, they received or will receive fractional exhaled nitric oxide measurements, serum sampling, and agreed or agree to be involved in this clinical study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

気管支喘息と血清ビタミンDとの関係が注目されているが，その臨床的意義は未確定である．このため，喘息の重症度または喘息患者の呼気一酸化窒素濃度と血液中ビタミンD濃度の相関の有無を検討する．基本的には同意が得られた気管支喘息患者を対象とした前向き観察研究とするが，過去に当施設で血清保存されており呼気一酸化窒素濃度を当時測定しており，かつ本研究の参加に同意が得られる気管支喘息患者もしくは健常者の後向き検討も行う．

The relation between serum vitamin D and pathophysiology of asthma have been studied but its clinical significance has not been established. For this reason, we will perform the prospective observational study to evaluate the relationship among serum vitamin D level, asthma severity, and fractional exhaled nitric oxide levels. For the subjects who already underwent the fractional exhaled nitric oxide measurements, blood sampling and agree to be involved in this clinical study will be included and analyzed retrospectively.
