一般住民を対象とした大腸癌検診（便潜血検査）において、検診に対する態度の違う3つの集団を想定したテイラードメッセージを用いた個別受診勧奨による介入が、対象者の特性を考慮したテイラード介入と考慮しない通常の介入と比べて、受診率を高めるかを検証すること

2.国民健康保険に加入する者
3.研究依頼文を同封した調査用紙を返送した者
4.過去1年間に大腸癌検診の受診歴がない者
