選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1)運動器疾患手術症例で骨切りまたは螺子挿入を行う症例。
2)本試験への参加について、患者本人または代諾者から文書による同意が得られた症例。

1)Orthopedic patient to be undergone surgery with osteotomy or screw insertion.
2)Patient with written consent to participate this trial.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1)ガイドを作成するための十分な解像度のCT画像が得られなかった症例。
2)脊髄損傷を伴う脊椎手術など原則として緊急手術が必要とされ、ガイドを作成するために必要な待機期間（通常1-2週間）を設定することができない症例。
3)試験担当医師が本試験を安全に実施するのに不適当と判断した症例。
