小児急性中耳炎患者における肺炎球菌の莢膜変化、血清型、薬剤感受性、ペニシリン結合蛋白遺伝子型、遺伝子多型性の検討をおこなう。

The present study was designed to investigate the morphological phase variation, serotypes, antimicrobial susceptibilities, genotypes of penicillin binding proteins and DNA polymorphysm of pneumococci isolated from children with acute otitis media.
