本人から文書で同意を得た症例

Major organ function (Bone marrow, Heart, Lung, Liver and Kidney) is good for liver surgery.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1) 再発症例
2) 活動性の重複癌を有する症例
3)前治療として別の化学療法、放射線療法の既往（治療終了後4週以内）を有する症例
4)その他、医師が不適当と判断した症例
