本研究の目的は、健常被験者のドーパミン生成能およびドーパミントランスポーター機能を[11C]DOPAおよび[18F]FE-PE2Iにより同一被験者で2回測定し、個人内変動を比較することにより、[11C]DOPAおよび[18F]FE-PE2Iによる測定の再現性を評価することである。
