膵頭部領域の悪性腫瘍、良性腫瘍あるいは炎症の診断で、十二指腸空腸吻合を伴った幽門輪温存膵頭十二指腸切除を施行する患者

On the diagnosis of periampullary malignancy, benign tumor or inflammatory disease, the patient is going to undergo pylorus-preserving pancreaticoduodenectomy with duodeno-jejunostomy

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
Grade B or C DGE occurred in 7 out of 52 patients (13.4%) undergoing HS anastomosis, while in 2 out of 45 patients (4.4%) undergoing CS anastomosis (P=0.13). There was no difference in the results of UGI study (p=0.38), hospital stays (22.5 vs. 27.0 days, p=0.22) and ratio of body weight loss (6.1% vs. 6.6%, p=0.71). The time needed to perform duodenal reconstruction was significantly longer in CS group than in HS group (35 vs. 25 minutes, p<0.001).
