主要アウトカム評価項目/Primary outcomes

体位は座位で、輪状咽頭筋の尾側端から約1cmの部位における頚部食道短軸像を描出し、測定部位とした。負荷食として約5ｍｌのゼリーを嚥下する際の食道運動をTDIにより観察した。

During observation of the cricopharyngeal (CP) wall motion by US method using TDI, subjects were instructed to swallow 5cc of viscous every one minute 5 times gently.
