COPD GOLD分類Ⅱ～Ⅲ期
呼吸リハビリテーション治療が必要な患者
40歳以上の患者で性別は問わない
喫煙者あるいは喫煙歴のある患者

COPD GOLD Stage II - III
Need Pulmonary Rehabilitation
Over 40 years old
EX- or current smoker

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
気管支喘息歴のある患者
アレルギー性鼻炎歴のある患者
血中好酸球数が上昇している患者
呼吸器感染症を合併している患者（観察期開始前二ヶ月以内にこれらの疾患を起こした患者を含む）
整形、筋肉、神経系の疾患に罹患していてエアロビック運動を行うことが不適当な患者
最近起こった心筋梗塞、心不全による入院、薬物治療を要する不整脈のある患者（安静時心拍数が110/分以上あるとき）
患者の疲弊が著しいとき（一年間の体重減少が4.5Kg（10パウンド）以上）
酸素吸入下でもPaO2＞55ｍｍHg又はSpO2＞88％に達しないとき
ツロブテロールに対して過敏症の既往歴のある患者
アトピー性皮膚炎等の皮膚疾患を有する患者で、ツロブテロール貼付薬が不適当と考えられる患者
甲状腺機能亢進,高血圧,心疾患,糖尿病を合併している患者で,β2刺激薬の投与が不適当と考えられる患者
妊婦および妊娠している可能性のある患者,授乳中の患者および試験期間中に妊娠を希望する患者
その他医師の判断により対象として不適当と判断された方
