対人援助職である看護師を対象に、自己成長感、バーンアウトを明らかにするとともに、看護における出来事・体験を他者に語ること・共有されることが自己成長を促す効果について検討する。

The study examines the sense of self-growth and burnout in hospital nurses. Moreover, we investigate whether talking and sharing with others about events and experiences on nursing stimulates self-growth in them.

介入群は、質問紙調査に加え、臨床心理士による個別面接を受ける。質問紙調査、個別面接はともに6カ月毎に3回（1年間）実施する。個別面接では、対人援助職に就いた理由・きっかけ、大変さとやりがい、感情の取り扱い、対人援助職に就いてからの変化などの質問に自由に答えてもらう。

For the intervention group, both questionnaire surveys and individual interviews with a clinical psychologist are conducted and carried out for one year, three times every six months. The individual interviews is a semi-structured interview, and subjects could freely reply to questions regarding their reasons of becoming human service professionals, difficulty and significance of their work, handling of their emotion, and changes involved in human service.

対照群は、6カ月毎に3回（1年間）、質問紙調査に回答してもらう。調査項目は介入群と同じである。
