我々は複数の上皮性卵巣癌の組織型や予後と関連する血清腫瘍マーカー候補の分子を同定し、臨床的有用性の可能性がある分子種を絞りこんだ．今回，その測定系を確立し，患者血清を用いた検討により，臨床応用を目指すことを目的とする．

We have identified several biomarker candidates that might be associated with histological types or prognosis of epithelial ovarian cancer. Here, we aim to evaluate clinical application of these markers with determination of the serum levels in patients using our established assay systems.
