選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
当院および共同研究機関通院中の非結核性抗酸菌症患者（疑い含む）および気管支拡張症患者のうち本研究に関し同意の得られた者。非結核性抗酸菌症の診断基準はATS/IDSA 2007ガイドラインに準ずる。気管支拡張症の患者に関しては、EMBARC, BRRといった海外レジストリーに準ずる。具体的には病歴が気管支拡張症と一致(咳、慢性喀痰、繰り返す呼吸器感染) しHRCTで気管支拡張症が1葉以上にある患者を登録する。

Patients who diagnosed or suspected with pulmonary nontuberculous mycobacterial disease(PNTMD) or bronchiectasis with informed consent.

PNTMD was diagnosed according to ATS/IDSA 2007 guideline (AJRCCM. 2007 Feb 15;175(4):367-416.). Patients with bronchicectasis was included according to EMBARC registory (ERJ Open Res. 2016 Jan 20;2(1). pii: 00081-2015.) and BRR (Chest. 2017 May;151(5):982-992.).

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

・本研究に同意しない者
・気管支拡張症では下記を除外する
　-無症状の老人(加齢性変化)
　-COPDなどの呼吸器疾患で偶然発見
　-間質性肺炎に伴う牽引性気管支拡張症
　-肺や心臓移植歴あり

Patients who don't agree with this study.
As for the diagnosis with bronchiectasis: Asymptomatic patients; Traction bronchiectasis due to interstitial lung disease; History of lung or heart trasplantation.
