１）大府市在住の高齢者で2011年8月から2012年2月にかけて実施された健康チェックを受けたもの
２）軽度認知障害（MCI）のPeterson criteriaを満たす者（a: 各認知機能が、健常高齢者の平均値から1.5 SD低下したもの、b: 全体的な認知機能の低下が認められない者、c: 認知症と認められない者、d: 日常生活機能が自立している者、e: 主観的記憶低下の訴えがある者）
３）書面にて研究参加に同意した者

1) Elderly people, aged 65 over and living in Obu city, having health check from Aug in 2011 to Feb in 2012.
2) Fullfilled Peterson's criteria (a: cognitive function is 1.5 SD or more below the normative values; b: score of more than 24 on the Mini-Mental State Examination; c: not diagnosed dementia; d: being independent in activity of daily living; e: having a complain of subjective memory problem)
3) Being agreed with participation in the study

２）精神疾患の既往
３）抗アルツハイマー病薬の服用
４）うつ病もしくはうつ傾向の疑いがある者（Geriatrics Depression Scale > 5）
5) 要介護状態
