選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1) 病期診断：ⅠA～ⅢA
2) 術式：腹腔鏡補助下胃切除術または
開腹胃切除術
3) PS（ECOG　Performance Status
Scale）：0～1
4) 年齢：20歳以上85歳未満
5) 本人から文書で同意を得た症例

英語
1) Clinical Stage: IA-IIIA
2) Laparoscopy assisted gastrectomy
or Open gastrectomy
3) ECOG Performance Score 0- 1
4) Aged 20 to 85 years old
5) Signed informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 胃全摘出症例
2) 腹部への放射線療法既往症例
3) 術後人工呼吸管理予定症例
4) 潰瘍性大腸炎，クローン病などの
炎症性腸疾患の合併症あるいは既往
症例
5) 重複癌症例
6) 腸管合併切除症例
7) 主要臓器（骨髄，心臓，肝臓，腎臓，
肺など）の機能が保持されていない
症例
8) 腸管手術および腹膜炎の既往のある
症例（ただし、虫垂炎手術症例は
除く）
9) 試験薬投与前（4週間以内），医療用
漢方製剤服用症例
10) 妊婦，妊娠の可能性がある症例，
妊娠を希望している症例，授乳して
いる症例
11) その他、医師が不適当と判断した
症例

gastrectomy
2) Patients with history of
radiotherapy to the abdomen
3) Patients scheculed to be under
postoperative artificial respiration
after surgery
4) Patients with inflammatory bowel
disease (ulcerative colitis, Crohn
disease) (including anamnestic case)
5) Patients with multiple cancer
6) Patients with synchronous colon
resection
7) Patients whose main organ function
is not working
8) Patients with history of laparotomy
and peritonitis (excludeing surgery
for appendicitis)
9) Patients who had administration of
other Kampo medicine 4 weeks prior
to the administration of test drug
10) Patients who are pregnant,
considering pregnancy or lactating
11) Patients considered inappropriate
by the study investigator
