1)EPA製剤の添付文書における禁忌に該当する患者
2) 妊娠中・授乳中あるいは妊娠している可能性のある患者
3)その他、主治医が不適当と判断した患者
4)本試験に同意が得られない患者

2) Pregnant or possibly pregnant pts, pts on lactation
3) Inappropriate pts for this study according to the investigator's judgment
