急性心不全患者の背景因子や病態、治療内容の実態を把握し、治療効果と予後を明らかにすること。
急性心不全患者の中に存在する人工心臓、再生医療、心臓移植適応症例を早期に検出すること。

To evaluate characteristics, clinical features, management of acute decompensated heart failure.
To identify crash and burn cases needed for ventricular assist device, cardiac regenerative medicine and heart transplant in acute decompensated heart failure syndromes.
