選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
・THAの施行のための入院（予定）患者
・片側置換かつ初回置換術
・術後機能的脚長差5mm以上
・術後自覚的脚長差がある者
・体重100kg未満
・麻酔リスクASA(American Society of Anesthesiologists)3以下の全身状態
・日常会話が可能であること（70 歳以上の対象ではHDS-R（改訂版長谷川式簡易知能評価スケール21点以上であること）
・署名による患者の同意が得られていること

having patient-perceived leg length discrepancy
weight less than 100 kg
ASA up to 3

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・関節リウマチ例
・うつ病などの明らかな精神疾患
・明らかな中枢神経疾患または末梢神経障害の既往
・手術時間が3時間以上であった場合
・大腿骨短縮骨切り等の骨切り術併用例
・術後荷重制限を要する臼蓋荷重部への移植骨例
・術後、脱臼などの重篤な合併症を起こした症例
・主治医または執刀医が上記以外の理由で不適当と判断した症例
