目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
本研究では職員検診時に、肥満判定や生活習慣病評価として最も有用な身体計測指標（腹囲、BMI、腹囲身長比）を検討する。さらに生活習慣病の発症リスクについて、血液検査結果（TG、HDL-C、LDL-Cの各単独、non-HDL-C値、TG/HDL-C比、LDL-C/HDL-C比）とインスリン抵抗性（インスリン値およびHOMA-R値）、内臓脂肪面積との関連性を経時的な変化を加味して検討することで、現行の生活習慣病の指標の有効性を検証する。

英語
This research examines the most useful physical measurement index as an overweight judging or lifestyle-related disease evaluation at the time of a personnel medical checkup.
Furthermore, the validity of the index of the present lifestyle-related disease is verified by considering a temporal change and examining the relevance of a blood test result and visceral fat area about the development-of-symptoms risk of a lifestyle-related disease.
