・本研究に参加協力できる2地域：宮城県、大阪府にある施設に勤務する看護師
・看護師の臨床経験年数が3年以上であり、がん患者の看護の経験がある者
・ELNEC-Jコアカリキュラム看護師教育プログラムの全日程（2日間）に必ず出席できる者
・本調査の協力について本人の自由意志に基づき同意が得られた者

This study will be carried out in 2 regions; Miyagi and Osaka in Japan.
Nurses who worked the hospitals in 2 regions mentioned above.
Nurses who have clinical experiences over 3 years and the experiences providing care for cancer patients
Nurses who can attend the 2 days program
Nurses who permit participation in this study

主な結果/Results

日本語
ベースラインでは、介入群（89名）とWait list control群（96名）で有意差は見られなかったが、受講1週間後において、介入群はWait list control群に比べ、知識と態度の得点が共に統計学的に有意に向上した（p<0.001）。また両群において、それぞれ受講6ヵ月後の時点でも知識と態度の得点は統計学的に有意に高く（p<0.001）、効果が持続していた。
ELNEC-Jコアカリキュラム看護師教育プログラムは、看護師の緩和ケアやエンド・オブ・ライフ・ケアの知識・態度の向上に有用である。今後は、看護実践に対する有用性についても検証する必要がある。
