日本語
拡散テンソル画像は新しいＭＲＩによる撮像法であり、分子拡散の方向と量を測定することにより、神経走行を定量的に評価できる。片頭痛は中枢神経の過敏症により頭痛を呈するが、画像診断の有用性の報告は少なく、診断は主に病歴のみによっている。片頭痛に特徴的な画像診断が確立されれば、有用な客観的診断法となる。本研究では片頭痛患者と正常ボランティアに拡散テンソル画像を撮像し、差異を検討する。
