縮小胃切除・センチネル流域切除群：術中迅速病理診断でセンチネルリンパ節転移が陰性でそれらの局在から、縮小胃切除とリンパ節郭清範囲の縮小が可能と判断された症例にその術式を行う。

Minimized gastrectomy and sentinel basin resection group :
for the patients whose sentinel nodes were negative by intraoperative pathological diagnosis and spread within the confines of the resection range of minimized surgery.

介入2/Interventions/Control_2

日本語
定型胃切除・センチネル流域切除群：術中迅速病理診断でセンチネルリンパ節転移が陰性でそれらの局在から、縮小胃切除は困難と判断された症例にその術式を行う。

Conventional gastrectomy and sentinel basin resection group :
for the patients whose sentinel nodes were negative by intraoperative pathological diagnosis and spread beyond the confines of the resection range of minimized surgery.

定型胃切除・D2リンパ節郭清群：術中迅速病理診断でセンチネルリンパ節転移が陽性と診断された症例には従来通りの胃切除とリンパ節郭清を行う。

1)術前画像診断でcT1N0M0と診断された早期胃癌
2)単発性
3)腫瘍長径4cm以下
4)当該被験者より試験参加への同意が得られたもの
5)生検組織の組織型は問わない

英語
1) Clinically diagnosed T1N0 early gastric cancer
2) Single lesion
3) Less than 40mm in size
4) Provided written informed concent
5) Histopathological type does not matter

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 妊婦・薬剤アレルギー歴・喘息の既往歴があるもの
2) 多発症例
3) 同病変への内視鏡治療歴のある症例
4) 5年以内に他癌治療歴のあるもの
5) 主治医が本研究の参加が不適切であると判断した場合
6) 試験登録後に被験者が本研究への参加を拒否した場合
7) 胃切除後の残胃癌
8) 内視鏡的粘膜下層剥離術（ESD）の絶対適応病変

1) Pregnancy, severe drug allergy, asthoma.
2) Multiple lesion
3) With prior treatment to same lesion
4) Synchronous or metachronous (within 5 years) malignancies.
5) Judged as irrelevant object for this study
6) Refusal of the trial entry
7) Remnant gastric cancer
8) Absolute indication for endoscopic treatments
