本研究は、最新CT装置による低被曝、良好な時間分解および心臓全体をカバーする広範囲スキャン性能を利用し、解剖学的冠動脈狭窄の診断精度の改善および機能的な血管機能評価によって、冠動脈疾患を包括的診断し、高血圧、脂質異常症、および糖尿病などの生活習慣病の冠動脈硬化に対する影響を評価することを目的とした。

The purpose of study is to develop the comprehensive assessment of coronary artery disease by using the latest CT scan with low radiation exposure. Furthermore, we evaluate the effects of coronary risk factors such as hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia on the coronary artery disease.

1. 冠動脈疾患と診断されている、もしくは冠動脈疾患が疑われる患者(入院・外来は問わない)
2. 本試験の参加にあたり十分な説明を受けた後、十分な理解の上患者本人の自由意思による文書同意が得られた患者

2. Patients who were taken informed consent.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1．文書による同意の得られない患者
2．喘息等により薬剤負荷検査が行えない患者
3．腎機能が低下している患者 (eGFR < 30ml/m2)
4．その他、試験責任者または試験分担者が本試験の対象として不適当と判断した患者
