選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
・脳血管障害発症から1年以上経過している
・便秘の臨床スケールであるRomaIII分類で機能性便秘の範囲に入る
通常の会話でコミュニケーションが取れる
・失語症がない
・認知機能障害がない、または軽度であり排便の状況を話せる
・原疾患の病態が安定している
・本人と家族から文書によるinformed consentが得られる

over 1 year past after cerebro-vascular disorder
with the symptom of constipation and the Roma III category shows functional constipation
without aphasia
withour cognitive dysfunction or with mild cognitive dysfunction who can explain their conditions
stable state
acquisition of written informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・消化管の悪性腫瘍・腸管癒着・腸管炎症性疾患などの器質性疾患が存在することがすでに明らかである
・観察期間中に容態の変化が予想され、安定した観察が不可能であろうと予測される
・通常の会話で十分なコミュニケーションができない
・失語症がある
・認知機能障害のために、排便の状態を十分に話せない
・妊娠中である
・病名に配慮が必要である
