選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
1)原発巣・肝転移巣が組織学的に胃腺癌であると確認された症例
2)同時性，異時性関わらずに臨床診断で肝限局性転移と診断された症例
3)2000年1月1日～2010年3月31日に肝転移に対し外科治療（体外・術中MCTおよびRFAを含む）が行われた症例
4)胃癌原発巣に対して切除術が行われた症例（時期不問）

1)Both primary tumor and liver metastasis were confirmed gastric adenocarcinoma histologically.
2)Metastases were limited in liver regardless of metachronous or synchronous.
3)Surgical treatment was performed from 2000/1/1 to 2010/3/31.
4)Primary tumor was resected.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1)胃癌肝転移以外の遠隔転移を有する，もしくは既往（肝転移の既往も含む）症例
2)同時性，異時性の重複癌を有する症例
ただし以下の場合は適格とする。
・同時性，異時性の重複癌であっても，
子宮頸癌のcarcinoma in situの場合
あるいは大腸癌のfocal cancer in
adenomaの場合
・同時性多発胃癌は登録可能とする
・異時性多発癌（胃癌の既往）であっ
ても，既往病変が「胃癌治療ガイドラ
イン (2010年10月改訂第3版)」に従っ
た適応 条件を満たし，内視鏡的粘膜切
除が行われていた場合。もしくは，残
胃癌で前回の癌診断が胃癌治療より５
年以上経過している場合
3)その他，研究責任医師または分担医師が本研究の対象として不適当と判断した症例

1)Active or history of distant metastasis.(including the history of liver metastasis from gastric cancer)
2)Active or history of other malignancies.
Following cases were appropriate regardless of the other malignancy,
-Carcinoma in situ of cervical cancer.
-Focal cancer in colon adenoma.
-Synchronous double gastric cancer.
-History of gastric cancer resected with endoscopically according to the Japanese Gastric Cancer Guideline 3rd Edition.
-Five or more than 5 years have passed since previous gastric cancer treatment.
3)Not appropriate for the study at the physician's assessment.
