冠動脈インターベンション（ステントを含む）をうける患者。年齢、性別は不問。

-Signed written informed consent
-Plan to undergo PCI

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1）PCIまたはCABGといった血行再建術の既往のある患者
2）腎機能障害（血清Cr>1.5 mg/dl）
3) 冠動脈CTがCAGの3ヶ月以内に記録されていない患者
4) 慢性完全閉塞病変(CTO)を有する症例
5）高度石灰化病変を有する患者(Agatston score>400)
6）その他、医師が不適当と判断した患者

-Patient who has the past history of PCI or CABG
-Patient who has renal dysfunction
(serum Cr level >1.5mg/dl)
-MSCT was not performed within 3months before CAG
-CTO lesion
-Severe calcification lesion
-Patient who judged that doctor in charge is improper
