目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
自己で体位変換ができない患者は、ベッド上背臥位を強いられる。呼吸不全、肺炎など呼吸器合併症の予防のためにも、ベッドマットレス上での効率的な咳嗽が必要とされる。しかし、環境因子であるマットレスと咳嗽力および呼吸筋力の関係についてはほとんど報告がない。そこで今回、自己での体位変換が困難な患者に推奨されるエアマットレスの体圧分散能が、咳嗽力および呼吸筋力と関連があるか調査することを目的とする。

The patient who cannot do a postural change in self has forced at least bed rest. Efficient cough on a mattress is needed also for prevention of respiratory-organs complications, such as a respiratory failure and pneumonia. However, about the relation between the mattress which is an environment factor, Cough, and respiratory muscle strength, there is almost no report. Then, the body pressure balancing function of the air mattress with which the postural change in self is recommended to a difficult patient this time aims at investigating whether it is related to cough and respiratory muscle strength.

標準マットレス,エアマットレス(硬さ設定:Hard,Soft)の3種類をランダムに設定する。全6通りを2通りずつ3ブロックにブロック化する。ブロック化は登録された順に男女で層別化し割り付けられる。各ブロックで準ランダム化される。
①標準マットレス→エアHard→エアSoft　
　標準マットレス→エアSoft→エアHard

Three kinds of a standard mattress and an air mattress Hard or Soft are set up at random.It blocks all the 6 kinds at two kinds of 3 blocks.With man and woman blocking is stratificationized in the registered order and is assigned to it.
It becomes semirandom by each block.standard mattress,air soft,air hard.standard mattress,air hard,air soft.

マットレスの順番をランダムとする。マットレスの体圧分散能(soft・hard・標準)の比較には，ANOVA（分散分析）を用い、各群の有意差を調べるためTukey 法で多重比較を行う。またそれぞれ呼吸筋力)(MEP・MIP)、PEF、CPFも同様、各群の有意差を調べ、関係性をPearson の相関分析を行う。

Turn of a mattress is made random.
Using ANOVA (analysis of variance), in order to investigate the significant difference of each group, a multiple comparison is performed in comparison of the body pressure balancing function(soft-hard and standard) of a mattress by the Tukey method.
Moreover,Respiratory Muscle Strength (MEP-MIP) and PEF,CPF also investigate the significant difference of each group, and conduct correlation analysis of Pearson for relationship similarly, respectively.
