日本語
本試験は、新生児に対しての出生後早期からの皮膚バリア機能保持（セラミド、コレステロール、遊離脂肪酸を含む保湿薬）、腸内細菌叢の速やかな形成のためのシンバイオティクス（ビフィズス菌とフラクトオリゴ糖の組み合わせ）、および両者の組み合わせによるアトピー性皮膚炎・食物アレルギーの予防効果を、平行群間、ランダム化試験により検討する。

1)母体及び法的保護者の同意が得られている者
2）正期産児

1) with written informed consent of parents or guardian
2) full-term newborn

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

1）重症な周産期経過をたどっている児
2）重篤な先天性疾患や、それに相当する疾患を有する児
3）HIVやHBV等の重篤な母子感染が疑われる児
4) その他、研究施設責任医師または研究担当医師が不適格と判断した者。
