1)膵頭部領域の良性・低悪性度腫瘍と診断された患者
2)ECOG Performance Status:0-1
3)BMI 25以下であること
4)主要臓器（骨髄，心，肝，腎，肺など）の機能が保持され全身麻酔可能な症例
5) 本人から文書で同意を得た症例

1)Benign and low-grade malignant tumor of the pancreatic head
2)ECOG Performance Status:0-1
3)BMI equal to or lower than 25
4)Major organ function is preserved and general anesthesia is possible
5)Signed informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1) 通常型膵癌（浸潤性膵管癌）およびその疑診例
2) 悪性腫瘍併発症例
3) 緊急手術症例
4) 急性膵炎・慢性膵炎併発例
5) 急性胆管炎併発例
6) 妊婦症例
7) 腫瘍核出術や膵局所切除術が可能と判断された症例
8) その他，医師が不適当と判断した症例

2)Synchronous malignancyes
3)Emergency surgery
4)Acute or chronic pancreatitis
5)Acute cholangitis
6)Women during pregnancy
7)Patients possible to perform enucleation or partial resection
