患者一人当たり１回につき血液5ml採取し、人工血管置換術時に摘出された大動脈瘤組織を採取

Blood samples (5 ml per patient) are obtained from patients with aortic aneurysm. Aortic aneurysmal tissues are obtained at surgeres of blood vessel prosthesis implantation.
