選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

日本語
眼瞼下垂においては、瞳孔に上眼瞼縁がかかる程度以上（眼瞼縁―瞳孔中心距離が２ｍｍ以下）の眼瞼下垂で、眼瞼挙筋短縮術が無効と考えられる患者。
眼瞼後退においては、眼瞼縁が角膜上下の輪部を越えて後退し、上方あるいは下方の球結膜が瞼裂からみえている患者。
眼窩骨折においては、複視を有し、骨折部から眼窩内容が脱出している眼窩下壁、内壁骨折の患者。

Blepharoptosis surgery is indicated for cases with eyelid margin-pupil distance is less than 2 mm.
Eyelid retraction surgery is indicated for cases with eyelid margin is over above the corneal upper margin.
Orbital fracture surgery is indicated for cases with diplopia and orbital tissue herniation.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1)ゴアテックス医療機器に対するアレルギーの既往のある患者
2)ケロイド体質の患者
3)眼窩腫瘍が疑われる患者
4)多発顔面骨折がある患者
5)その他、試験責任（分担）医師が被験者として不適当と判断した患者

2) Keloid diathesis
3) suspected orbital tumor
4) Multiple facial fracture
5) Others decided as to contra- indication by the director.
