胆管結石10mm以下かつ胆管径15mm以下
各種画像検査で胆管結石の存在が確定している

英語
1) Bile duct stone 10mm or less in diameter
and
2) bile duct 15mm or less in diameter

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・Billroth1再建以外の術後胃
・胆管狭窄を有する症例
・活動性のある膵炎の症例
・重症急性胆管炎（Tokyoガイドライン）を合併している
・出血傾向のある症例 (血小板数5万未満orPT INR 2以上)
・重篤な心肺疾患を合併する症例
・妊婦、授乳婦あるいは妊娠している可能性のある症例
・Performance status 4の患者
・その他、試験責任医師あるいは試験分担医師が不適当と判断した症例

1) no filling defect on ERC
2) the patients with altered anatomy after surgery
(excepts for B-1 reconstruction)
3)the patients with biliary stricture.
4)the patients with acute pancreatitis.
5)the patients with severe acute cholangitis
6)the patients with hemorrhagic diathesis
7)the patients with severe cardiovascular or pulmonary disorder
8)the patients with Performance status 4
9)Woman suspected of being pregnant.
9)Patients who are judged inappropriate by medical examiner.
