目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
本研究は、集中治療室に入室する食道癌患者に対し、深部静脈血栓症予防に用いられる間歇的空気圧迫法と下腿マッサージがもたらす血流・血液凝固系への影響を検証するとともに、それらの心理的・神経的影響を評価することを目的としている。
本研究を行うことで、看護師が患者の状態や心理状態に配慮し、より効果的な深部静脈血栓症予防法を選択できるようになると考える。

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of intermittent pneumatic compression (IPC) and leg massage which are used to prevent deep-vein thrombosis on blood or blood coagulation and to assess its psychoneurotic effects on patients with esophageal cancer in the intensive-care unit.
We believe that our study will lead nurses to give consideration to physical and psychological status of patients and to choose more effective way to prevent deep-vein thrombosis.

間歇的空気圧迫法の群
介入直前まで間歇的空気圧迫法による装置を30分以上駆動させておき、介入開始時点からそのまま駆動させ、評価項目を測定する。→翌日→介入直前まで間歇的空気圧迫法による装置を30分以上駆動させておき、介入下肢である右下肢に5分間マッサージののち、25分間そのままとし、評価項目を測定する。

The following day, after 30-minute or more time of IPC massage, give massage to right lower leg for 5 minutes and remain with IPC for 25 minutes. Then the assessment items were measured.

血圧80～120mmHgで±20％以上の変動がないこと
脈拍60～100回/分で±20％以上の変動がないこと
体温38℃以上の発熱がないこと
リッチモンド興奮・鎮静スケールで－-1～0であること
ジャパン・コーマ・スケール（Japan Coma Scale : JCS）（資料5）で2以下であること

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

DVTの既往があるもの
右下肢に欠損・創傷・麻痺があるもの
右大腿静脈にカテーテルを留置しているもの
エストロゲン治療を行っているもの
へパリン・ワーファリン療法を行っているもの
凝固異常症（アンチトロンビン欠損症・プロテインC欠損症・プロテインS欠損症・抗リン脂質抗体症候群）があるもの

Patient with estrogen treatment
Patient with heparin/warfarin treatment
