外科的治療の対象となった初発胃癌症例全例
(cStageⅠ～Ⅲ）

Primary gastric cancer for which surgical treatment was applicable(cStageI-III)

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

・cStageⅣ因子（肝転移、腹膜転移、腹腔内洗浄細胞診）陽性
・全身状態不良（開腹術、鏡視下で縮小手術）
・重複癌
・各術者の各術式経験初例から10例

Palliative operation: H(+), P(+), Cy(+)
Insufficient physical function (open gastrectomy, reduced extent of lymphadenectomy).
Double cancer.
Initial 10 cases for each operating surgeons.
