J波症候群心電図を、待機手術全身麻酔患者の術前心電図において早期再分極の有無を判断し、早期再分極パタンを以下の4群に分類する。
TypeⅠ：早期再分極が主に側壁誘導に認められるもの
TypeⅡ：早期再分極が主に下壁や側下壁誘導に認められるもの
TypeⅢ：早期再分極が下壁、側壁や右側胸部誘導など広範囲に認められるもの
Brugada 症候群：V1～V3にかけてのcoved型、またはsaddleback型のST上昇が認められるもの

More than 17 years old who were scheduled to surgery were investigated retrospectively.
Patients for cardiac surgery or who were already diagnosed as Brugada syndrome were excluded. ER was defined as 0.1mV or more ST elevation at the J point in more than one lead of 12-lead ECG and the J wave was defined as upward deflection as slurring or notching terminal part of QRS complex.
ECG patterns of J wave syndromes were classified as follows:
type 1 ,an ER pattern with J waves in lateral leads(I,V4-5) which is commonly seen in
healthy people,type2,an ER pattern with J waves in inferior leads (II,III,aVF) which is associated with a higher level of risk for VF, type3, an ER pattern with J waves in global leads which is associated with the highest level of risk for VF, and Brugada
syndrome pattern, an ER pattern with J waves in V1-3. Perioperative cardiac incidents were examined up to 1 year after the surgery.

1.研究の目的
本研究は待機手術全身麻酔患者においてJ波症候群の頻度と、その臨床的意義を明らかにすることを目的とした。


2.研究計画・研究デザイン
デザイン名:retrospective
対照:過去２年間近畿大学医学部附属病院で手術施行された待機手術症例

3.　対象患者
次の患者選択基準及び除外基準を満たす患者を対象とする

4.1　選択基準
1)術前に心電図のスクリーニングを行っている患者
2)1年以上近畿大学附属病院で外来フォローされている患者

4.2　除外基準
1)明らかな心疾患、重篤な不整脈を有するもの
2)18歳未満
3）緊急手術
4）一年以内に死亡が確認された患者

5.研究のアウトライン　
J波症候群心電図を、待機手術全身麻酔患者の術前心電図において早期再分極の有無を判断し、早期再分極パタンを以下の4群に分類する。
TypeⅠ：早期再分極が主に側壁誘導に認められるもの
TypeⅡ：早期再分極が主に下壁や側下壁誘導に認められるもの
TypeⅢ：早期再分極が下壁、側壁や右側胸部誘導など広範囲に認められるもの
Brugada 症候群：V1～V3にかけてのcoved型、またはsaddleback型のST上昇が認められるもの

上記の4群に関して以下の項目を評価する。
性別、身長、体重、BMI、ASA-PS分類、術前合併症、術前内服薬、喫煙の有無、周術期の心イベントの有無、術後1年以内の心イベントの有無
