頭蓋内病変および脊髄病変に対して標準術式の一環として本手術用治療器を試用し、重大な問題が生じることなく、安全に使用できることを確認する。
・ 術中所見
・ 術後神経放射線画像による合併症の有無
・ 新たな脳損傷の有無

副次アウトカム評価項目/Key secondary outcomes

日本語
頭蓋内病変および脊髄病変に対して標準術式の一環として本手術用治療器を試用し、安全性、有効性、操作性に関する以下の項目を確認する。
・　MRIによる画像評価（摘出率）
・ 摘出標本を用いた病理組織学的検討
ただし、てんかん（脳梁離断術）においては病理標本を作製しての検討は行わない。
・　手術記録
・　手術時間、出血量
・　操作性
・　術者 / 手術室スタッフ評価

当施設で治療 / 医学的必要性から、病変を摘出する必要性のある症例や切除が必要とされる症例 / 原則として成年者で意識清明と判断され、十分な判断力がある症例を対象とする。ただし、成年者でも意識がないか、意識があっても十分な判断力のない場合でも、医学的な見地から本手術用治療器の使用が望ましいと複数の医師が判断した場合に限り、親権者、ならびに代諾者にリスクを含めた説明を行った上で承諾を得られた場合も対象
