目的1/Narrative objectives1

日本語
北里大学病院でトラベクトーム手術を行った症例の経過をまとめ、手術成績（眼圧下降効果や合併症の発生頻度）を公表すること。また、本術式で効果が不十分であった症例に対し、次の方法として濾過手術である線維柱帯切除術を行った場合の手術成績についてまとめ、トラベクトーム手術の既往が、線維柱帯切除術の手術経過に与える影響を検討すること。

To report the postoperative results of Trabectome surgery performed at Kitasato University Hospital including the effect of intraocular pressure(IOP) drops and the frequency of complications. And to evaluate the influences of Trabectome surgery on the results of trabeculectomy in case that the effectiveness of Trabectome surgery on the reduction of IOP is insufficient.

■眼科一般検査：細隙灯顕微鏡所見、隅角検査および眼底検査
■視野：ハンフリー静的視野計またはGoldmann動的視野計
■角膜内皮細胞密度
■緑内障治療薬数

Those who underwent Trabectome surgery at Kitasato University Hospital between December 2010 to June 2013 are eligible.
